Shipping
Standard & Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 11 AM PST time M-F (excluding holidays) in order to ship the same day.
If you chose Pick Up In Store please wait for us to contact you. We aim to have it ready within 24 hrs. If it is a hair emergency.. we got you. Simply DM us on instagram and we will get you sorted.
If orders are placed after 11 AM your order will be shipped the next day.
Returns
We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 21 days of purchase.
Returns must be unopened and with tags attached. Your return will be inspected prior to issuing your refund. If we think the hair has been washed or coloured it will not be eligible for a refund.
Hair CANNOT be returned if it has been installed. If you or your client is having issues please email us at support@rowextensions.com and we will do our best to assist.
